STEP ONE

Notify Us

As soon as an incident occurs, notify your dedicated account executive via email or phone. Provide a brief overview of what happened, and we’ll guide you from there.

STEP TWO

Submit Your Claim

We’ll send you a short, easy-to-complete claims form — no jargon, no unnecessary paperwork. You’ll also be guided on what supporting documents (e.g., waybills, photos, invoices) may be required for faster processing.

STEP THREE

We Take It From There

Once received, we assess your claim quickly and transparently. Our goal is to resolve claims fairly and efficiently — often within 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity.
